The juvenile court process can be overwhelming to understand. This session will provide information about a caregiver's role and rights in Child in Need of Protection or Services (CHIPS) and Termination of Parental Rights (TPR) cases. The presenters will also discuss §48.977 guardianships (CHIPS guardianships) and §48.9795 guardianships (formerly known as Chapter 54 guardianships).
